Brand perception

Understand what AI thinks of your brand, not just whether it mentions you.

Showing up isn't enough: how you're described matters. Fedlum asks models what your brand is known for and which brands stand out on each attribute, then turns the answers into scores you can compare with your competitors.

What's inside

Six ways to read your perception

We run our own questions about your industry, separate from your prompts, to measure perception without bias.

  • Attributes that define you

An association score from 0 to 100 for each attribute in your industry: price, service, security or whatever matters in your category.

  • Your biggest gap

The attribute where a competitor leads you the most, so you know which message to reinforce first.

  • Objections

The reasons AI gives for not choosing you, grouped even when phrased differently, scored by how early they come up.

  • Go to the source

The pages behind each attribute and objection, so you can fix the problem where it starts.

  • Benchmark yourself

Your brand's shape next to up to three competitors, attribute by attribute and model by model.

  • Fact-checking

Compare what AI says with your official facts (prices, coverage, hours) and catch contradicted claims.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

Where do the scores come from?

From questions we ask the models about your industry: what your brand is known for and which brands stand out on each attribute. A score of 100 means the attribute always comes up first.

Can I pick my own attributes?

Yes, on the Advanced and Enterprise plans, and on agency plans from Growth up. Other plans use the standard attributes for your industry.

How often are objections refreshed?

Monthly on the Pro plan and weekly from Advanced up, depending on your plan.
